• Account information: name, email, phone number, profile photo
• Social media data: public profile information, follower counts, video lists, and engagement metrics from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — accessed only with your explicit OAuth consent
• Campaign data: video submissions, shipping addresses, order tracking information
• Usage data: login timestamps, page views, device information

3. How We Use Your Information

• Manage your KOC profile and campaign assignments
• Track video performance metrics for campaign reporting
• Coordinate product shipping and logistics
• Send notifications about campaign updates and deadlines
• Improve the Platform's features and user experience

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to retrieve your public content and metrics. We only access data you explicitly authorize. We do not post content on your behalf without your action. You can disconnect any platform at any time via Settings → Connections.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Sensitive credentials (API tokens, social media access tokens) are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated campaign metrics (non-personally identifiable) may be retained for reporting purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data
