By accessing or using KOC HUB ("the Platform"), operated by Waremax Trading Corp., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
KOC HUB is a Key Opinion Consumer (KOC) management platform that connects brands with content creators for product review campaigns in the Philippines. The Platform facilitates campaign assignment, content submission, performance tracking, and logistics coordination.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
As a KOC, you agree to: create original content that honestly represents the products; comply with Philippine advertising disclosure regulations; not engage in fraudulent activity including fake views or engagement manipulation.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. KOC HUB accesses your social media data only with your explicit consent via OAuth authorization.
Content you create remains your intellectual property. By submitting content through the Platform, you grant Waremax Trading Corp. a non-exclusive license to display and track the content for campaign reporting purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Waremax Trading Corp. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
